Founder of EYPS, Mr. Chau has had served in the
Hong Kong Police Force and Auxiliary Police Force
for over 40 years and was appointed Hon. Commandant
after his retirement as Commandant of the HKAP.
Mr. Chau serves on EYPS Board of Directors as
Security Advisor. Clients can be assured of professional

administrator, Mr. Chau has had over 40 years

Director of Buildings and Lands Department of
the Hong Kong Government.
